How can I know for sure that an item will fit?
Sizing information is listed with each item. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Services team who will be able to assist with any fitting questions.
Why can’t I find my size?
Jigsaw stocks unique items that sometimes only come in limited sizes. We try to list multiple items in different sizes where possible and cater for a range of sizes and body types and are growing our product range by the day! Our stylist team are only happy to help with product requests so please contact Customer Services if you have a particular request in mind.
Do you offer alterations?
Currently we do not offer an alteration service.
What happens if my item doesn't fit?
If an item that you have ordered doesn't fit, you have 24 hours to get in touch with our Customer Services team on firstname.lastname@example.org and return your item to us. We will be happy to refund the rental fee/purchase price of any unworn items as long as the security tags are still attached.
