Before you can rent, we will first need to verify your identity - but don’t worry, it will only take a few minutes! And if you are buying? You can always checkout as a guest... no questions asked ;)

Enjoy wearing your rental from as little as 4 days to as long as 14 days. When you are ready, just send it back via your pre-paid Royal Mail return label and we’ll take care of all the boring stuff (dry cleaning, ironing, etc...).

FAQ's

We ask that you return the item in the same packaging as it was delivered to ensure little or no waste occurs.

Any orders planced before 11.30am Monday-Friday will be delivered using Royal Mail tracked 48 hour delivery. Always ensure that you receive your item the day before it is needed to avoid any problems if there is a delay with the post. Orders placed before 11.30 on a Monday will be received on the Wednesday, orders after 11.30 on a Monday will be received on a Thursday.

If an item that you have ordered doesn't fit, you have 24 hours to get in touch with our customer services on info@mywardrobehq.com and return your item to us. We will be happy to refund the rental fee/purchase price of any unworn items excluding restock fees as long as the security tags are still attached.

Please contact MWHQ Customer Services on 020 7341 9000. When the item is received back we'll carry out a condition report and assess the damage and consider a suitable solution, whether laundering, repair or additional charge, in part or full, from the renter as compensation to the owner for their loss.

Restock fees apply to cover the processing of the return and the item being out of circulation when you book it for a rent or buy. All non-bridal items incur a £8 restock fee and all bridal items incur a £40 restock fee.
