Can I have an item sent to a business address?
Yes, you can have your item sent to any designated address.
Which forms of delivery are available?
We deliver throughout the UK via Royal Mail. In certain cases, within the M25, we deliver items using our trusted partner, Green Couriers.
How much does shipping cost?
Our standard deliveries are charged at £8 with Royal Mail. Returns are free.
What happens if the rented items go missing in transit?
Our items are insured, whether by courier or by post. We are alerted when an item arrives at its destination, ensuring its safe arrival.
Is same day delivery available?
Any orders planced before 11.30am Monday-Friday will be delivered using Royal Mail tracked 48 hour delivery. Always ensure that you receive your item the day before it is needed to avoid any problems if there is a delay with the post. Orders placed before 11.30 on a Monday will be received on the Wednesday, orders after 11.30 on a Monday will be received on a Thursday.
Can I have the item delivered internationally?
Yes, depending on the location. On request we would be happy to make arrangements for any European address and some international locations. The Jigsaw stylist service is the perfect option for your holiday of choice. All you need to take is your bikini and the perfect holiday wardrobe will be waiting at your holiday address to greet you on arrival!
Is a signature required for delivery?
Yes, all items require a signature.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately not.
Can I track my order online?
Yes, you can track each stage of the rental journey via your account.
